Fabian Papa of HydraTek, is the founder of this affiliate boutique firm which provides niche municipal engineering services. HydraTek and FP&P often share resources, and team to deliver local specialty projects.

Since it opened its doors in 1988, HydraTek has executed more than 250 projects for hydraulic systems throughout the world specifically in the fields of waterhammer and specialized hydraulics.
